How do I create an account?
Open FindXI and tap Continue with Google or Continue with Apple. FindXI does not use passwords — we authenticate through your Google or Apple ID. You must be 18 or older to use FindXI.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, chats, FXI balance, and inventory. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you can't access the in-app option for any reason, email hello@findxi.com from the email address associated with your account and we will delete it for you within 7 days.
What are FXI points?
FXI is FindXI's in-app loyalty and reputation points system. You earn FXI by helping others, answering questions, completing quests, and hosting gatherings. You spend FXI to post rewards, lock collateral for help requests, or open boxes in the collectibles system.
FXI is not money. It has no monetary value, cannot be cashed out or exchanged, and cannot be transferred directly between users. All FXI activity is managed by the platform as an in-app loyalty mechanism only.
How does identity verification work?
FindXI uses passport NFC verification. From your profile, tap Verify identity and follow the on-screen instructions to scan your passport with your phone. Verification is optional but required to host certain gatherings or unlock higher trust tiers.
We only store a one-way hashed representation of your passport identity — never the underlying personal data or the document image itself.
How do I report a user, post, or chat?
Tap the ⋯ menu on any user profile, post, comment, chat message, or gathering, and choose Report. Reports are reviewed by our team, typically within 24 hours.

How do I block someone?
Open the user's profile, tap the ⋯ menu, and choose Block. Blocked users cannot see your posts, message you, or join your gatherings, and you will not see theirs.
Why does FindXI need my location?
FindXI is a location-based community map — the entire experience depends on showing you posts, help requests, gatherings, and chats happening near you. We use your location only while you are using the app, never in the background, unless you opt into a live broadcast.

I'm having trouble signing in
First, make sure you are using the same Google or Apple account you originally signed up with. If you still can't get in, try force-quitting and reopening the app, or reinstalling. If the issue persists, email hello@findxi.com with your account email and a description of what you see.
Is FindXI available in my country?
FindXI is available worldwide on the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app works best in areas with active community members. If you're the first user in your area, you can still post — your activity helps the network grow.
